6 Steps to a successful Cshop
We find the best way to get off to a flying start is to meet our clients and prospective
customers and discuss your specific requirements in detail, demonstrating and suggesting
intuitive and additional features and functionality where we can.

A kick off meeting to run through requirements, documentation and required features and functionality. To gain an understanding of exactly how your business processes work, and how best to interface and integrate a Cshop solution that works for you.

We provide a proposal and specification, to include all the features discussed and include a timeline and a detailed quotation. Commercials are agreed at this stage and may include staged payments.

Cshop includes all conceptual design and graphics. Produced in house, we provide a framework to work to, deliver preliminary graphics and agree the look and feel while the initial development takes place

Our in house development team integrate the approved designs to the Cshop architecture, including any additional or custom features. Any systems integration development is also addressed here including interfaces to payment systems, back office systems, address software management and custom shipping requirements.
The whole development process is now transparent and visible to our customers, who can log on and communicate directly with our development team to discuss development and assist with iterative testing and snags.

We have a full time QA department who reviews and tests all development after the initial peer testing has taken place. All work has to go through this system before release to ensure among other things PCi compliancy, browser compatibility, and web standards.

We have recently expanded our support team to provide a timely and precise support network for our customers. We intend to expand the team again summer 2009. All customers receive a 24X7 support line number, and assistance is always readily available with any query or issue... no matter how small.
We provide Cshop training, and via our maintenance scheme, any additional requirements such as SEO work.
