Customers with a maintenance package benefit from a
dedicated local call number which connects them
directly to an on call technician, day or night.,
and also have access to an online helpdesk.
During the development of our customers’ sites, as
well as having access to development staff directly,
can view progress of their sites via a private
address which is unavailable for public viewing, and
can test site functions and add products to admin
areas during the building of their sites.
Additionally, our clients can purchase allocated
maintenance hours, to use for various changes or
additions such as regular email campaigns or graphic
changes.
We are also able to perform on going search engine
optimisation, site marketing to affiliates and
performance enhancements as part of a maintenance
agreement.
